- I'm all about cooking and working out. Gardening and remodeling my house. Exercising our puppies. Spreading the delicious news of my family-recipe, hormone-free, nitrite and MSG-free, all-natural German Sausage as far and wide as I can! (www.germanbratwurst.com) I have a beautiful woman who is the love of my life, have no kids, but am one of three "papa"s to a wonderful granddaughter of Ana's. I started a German Sausage company in 2000(aka: Altengartz Bratwurst) and my Dad joined me full-time in 2005. I am 2 years into a mortgage on my first house, and we love having people over whenever we can find time outside of work. Work takes up the majority of my time these days as my company is young.
