I checked out your LinkedIn profile and it was illuminating...I'm doing a lot of online marketing and performing arts, too.
You should really check out this guy Mike Bonifer at GameChangers. He's a business consultant who has built this entire strategy/management framework from theater improvisation techniques. You'd love his book.
