I like to cook on the fly, i dont use recipes usually and mostly make it up as i go. Tonight for example i made lime say chicken, turned out wonderful, took some chicken breast and thighs, sliced some fresh limes squeezed a few, added some organic soy sauce, a little garlic and there you have it.

Welcome to the group! I am constantly coming up with new stuff, that i mostly new make again, I don't use recipes.

Well i am more a new age chef myself, not so much using gums and chemicals just flavor wise. my specialties are italian and cajun cuzine. i haven't got my deplotment call yet but i'm moved up to force 2 which means we're next to go so any minute i could go out. so if you don't hear from me it's not that i'm ignoring you i'm just in haiti.

Awesome, im a Vet Tech i just love to cook as a hobby im not classically trained or anything but i know my way around a kitchen.
