I could use some suggestions...

April 16th will be the 10th anniversary of the day my wife and I became a couple. We've gone through so much together that I really want to do something special for her in celebration, and as a "thank you," for a decade of selflessness, love and support.

My dilemma is that money is pretty tight at the moment and we both work a lot, so the free time most people have to go shopping or plan things, I simply don't have. Any ideas?
